Rubber stamps can turn any old paper into stationary in a second.

mark ryden fan. fabulous.

I am really into stationary as well.

My faveorite piece of stationary is my monkey pocky stationary. Do you know/remmeber what pocky is? It's that round waifer stick dipped in choclate. Anyway, I have a little pad of this paper. Its japanese and its facing to the right rather than the left (make sense?). The name of it (I'm guessing here...) is Train 21 K3.

I have some stationary made by OBEY (andre the giant). If live in southern cali (i dont know if they do this anywhere else) they have merch racks and I saw some marked down Obey stationary. They also had artist like COOP and Shag. The set at around ten dollars included, 5 or 6 envelopes, 8 pieces of paper, stickers, a stencil, and it looks very very cool.

San X is pretty good as well. you should check ebay for charechters like pucca and guru, buru buru dog, and there are more, but alot of the times I just type in "san X."

Finally, there is an awesome web site owned and maintained by creepcake where she makes her own stationary! So maybe you could hit her up for questions, if she's willing to answer them. Personally, I don't know her, but she frequents this community. Her stationary stuff to purchase too rocks! I believe her website is like www.evilcuppycake.com (I could be totally wrong...)

anyway. i hope I have been informative in any way.

hey! Im sorry i didnt get back to you sooner. I got it at a little indivually owned shop called Siren in Long beach, California. I'm trying to find a way to maybe possibly send you a sheet of each so maybe you could go xerox it or something. I'm really busy these days so let me know whats goin on, and it would be no trouble at all to either go get a color xerox of the stationary, or just send you one of each design. Lemme know.

Some stationary stores sell Paper by the pound...I get mine at a local Pearls Art, but I don't know if they are a national chain. I dress all of it up with rubber stamps and my new favorite thing...glitter glue! I also do watercolors sometimes and I always use a few pages of stationary to "blot" the brush. I only do the blotting on the edges and it really turns out pretty cool. Like a happy accident!
Good luck!

i can't stand it. stationary is something that does not move.
stationery does move when you mail it.

i once made a set of paper and envelopes using vellum and rubber stamps. i used a glue stick to glue the envelope together so it wouldn't show.

for envelope patterns i just pull apart envelopes and trace them. i try to find strange sizes and then cut the stationary down to fit it, making the stationary in strange sizes.

i'm also making sets for my neices using lined paper for both stationary and envelopes since they are both young.
