soap add-in idea

i bought some wonderful soap molds with asain characters on it for love, energy, tranquility and something else... can't remember off the top of my head. but anyways!
while half filled up i let them set for a bit, then i added marbles to the soap. that way, not only do they get cool clear soap with "power" characters on there that are nifty, but the marbles, once the soap is used down, will kind of act like a hand massager!
gawd diggity damn i come up with some nifty wild things! maybe tomorrow i'll tell you how i made a picture frame out of coke cans :D

the soap is clear and you can see the marbles.

I did the same thing for my Mom -- she collects marbles so I made a couple of soaps special for her --- I'll make more but these are the only two I've done so far. They're citrus-scented!

I saw them at my Michaels the other day, over by the Melt & Pour soapmaking supplies...

The Michaels near me had a pathetically small soap and candle section. I order most of my stuff online anyhow, so it's not -that- big of a problem, but if I'd just like to go in and pick something up quickly it's never there. The Hobby Lobby near my mom's house (In Texas, a lot of good it does me here =) ) has a BIG soap/candle section though.

I guess my point was that they had those molds at Hobby Lobby, but not at the Michaels (or AC Moore) near my house, here in NY.

Re:
The soap supply section WAS pathetically small at Michaels... I do Cold Process, not melt and pour, myself, so I was afraid to buy the molds... didn't know if they'd stand up to the heat.

Gah. What people pay for M&P supplies is insane.

Actually, that was the only mold they had in stock... they had a spot for the "massage" style ones, but none in stock. :( I'd have probably tried those...
