oh this is great coz a couple years ago i had this idea,that i was going to save all the soda can tabs for some unkown project,and i have thousands and havent dont anything with them

you can make purses too. and bracelets the same way as this belt but shorter.

I actually saw a guy at the ren faire this past weekend that had made an entire "tab maille" shirt with soda tabs - it was SO impressive! He'd used the exact same method as above, only with steel rings to connect the tabs, and did a complete shirt - wow!
