I was doing a little bit of research on the internet, preparing to make myself some DIY falls to wear out clubbing and found the above link to be of help. It's got section on dreads, extensions, falls, etc., as well as extensive links to various other hair related sites. A veritable smorgasboard of creamy DIY hair goodness.

Now I'm thinking I might just do some yarn dreads directly in the hair, instead of falls. I'll post pics here when I get 'em done! In the meantime, hope that link is helpful! Sorry if this is a repost, I didn't see this linked in the memories section.

please please post this when you're finished.. I haunt that site constantly but have never done more than dread a pair of loose falls I had, I'd love to see what happens with yarn directly in the hair.

I put this in the faq under "hair things". I love that site, and learned to do all my dreads there!
