i made a few onesies for my brother's girlfriend's baby shower today. this is my new go-to gift idea, i think. (i also made some pacifier clips, but in all the excitement of the day, i forgot to snap pictures. :( )
the back has our last name and "05" because the baby will be their fifth combined.

I learned the hard way that terrycloth sucks up fabric paint like a black hole. Next time it's onesies. ;)
Personally, I've been drooling after those fancy, fancy embroidery sewing machines for years where you can scan in a design, set up your thread colors, and BAM! Your own one-of-a-kind (or series of the same) images that no one else will have. Ah, I do lust after such expensive TOYS...!
