custom art notebooks...

Anybody know of a place or site that will put your cover art on a college and wide ruled notebooks? Or perhaps how one might go about printing/making something like this oneself? 

I've seen tshirt printing, poster printing, etc, but the only things related to notebooks I can find are companies that will put your logo on various journals etc. 

I'm looking for something more practical, and the design would be a tad more involved -- like a huge picture over the cover, not a tiny emblem in the center. Any suggestions?!!?

For soemthing like this you may want to price check at a kinkos or printer shop...they can resize the art and do the binding...at least they can provide sizing and copies of teh art on good paper that you can modge podge onto blank books

I think it was either Office Max or Staples where I saw a "station" with different covers and types of papers that you could pick and choose from to assemble your own notebook and they would bind it for you. I'm sure you could bring in your own cover (correctly sized) and they'd do it.

Agreed with the above also, I'm sure Kinkos, etc, would have everything you need.

If you only wanted one or a couple, you could paint/draw your image on the cover (or cut it out of another piece of paper and stick it to the cover) of a pre-made notebook and then cover the front piece with contact paper to keep it firmly attached.
